For those patients who wish a higher level of personalized service, including direct physician telephone and email access, same-day or next-day appointments, personalized support during hospitalization, coordination of care between physicians, end-of-life support (if needed) and other enhanced services, a medical concierge plan is available for a fixed annual fee.
